Janitors and mods: use the username the owner gave you. Owner: type owner or leave the username empty.

Logging in sets one strictly necessary session cookie (mod, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, Secure over HTTPS). Visitors who don't log in get none. No IP address is recorded for logins.
